Award Vacation Homes would like you to know that we are committed to helping you make your Orlando Vacation arrangements without having to worry about possible storms and travel delays. If guests are in-house during the time were we are directly affected by a hurricane and the Disney parks close, we will offer guests compensation for one night in our homes.

If guests are not able to depart on their scheduled date due to airport closures, we will offer one free night to those guests.  Maximum number of free nights would be two nights.

If a guest is traveling from an area that has been directly affected by a hurricane, they will be offered the ability to reschedule their vacation with no penalties.

If a guest is not able to arrive in Florida on their scheduled arrival date, due to airport closures, we will be flexible on rescheduling their visits with no penalties.

Rescheduled visits must be taken within one year of original arrival date.
