    Welcome to Sunlight Villa,
 our privately owned, five star luxury pool home set in the Glenbrook Executive Resort Community, just minutes from Disney and other main attractions.  Ideal for family fun, golf vacations, shopping and for Snowbirds looking for a place to nest. Or if you just need to get away from it all and relax, Sunlight Villa is the perfect place to stay in Florida!

 
The first time we stayed at a vacation rental villa changed our whole idea of vacation accommodations.  Why would we stay in a cramped hotel room and share a pool with hundreds of other guests when we could vacation in an executive pool home for the same price or less? We had all the space we needed, had all the comforts of home and loved the luxury of our very own screened in pool.  We loved it so much that we bought Sunlight Villa and are happy to share this amazing experience with you!

The Family Room
 The family room opens onto your very own screened in pool and patio.  Two comfortable leather sofas (one sofa bed) await you to relax into, read a book, watch TV. or just have a nap.


 
Kitchen
 Save on meals by preparing your own in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar or order-in from  the many restaurants nearby. The laundry room is off the kitchen and includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

 
Game Room
 The double garage has been converted to our games room hosting ping pong, air hockey and foosball.  Spend quality time with your family playing at your leisure and visit the Glenbrook Clubhouse for tennis, volleyball, more games, media room, exercise room or the community pool.
 

Formal Dining
 Seating for 6, the dinette adjoins the kitchen and is perfect for swift or leisurely meals.




 
Master Bedroom
 The tranquility of the luxury master bedroom is a comfortable space to retire after a day at the parks.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an en-suite washroom.  It overlooks the pool with patio doors to slip out for a quick midnight dip.
 
Master En-Suite Bath
 Enjoy having your own private washroom. The master bathroom includes a combo garden style tub and shower and a walk-in closet.



 

Third Bedroom
 The third bedroom offers two twin beds and is beautifully decorated complete with TV.


 
Second Bedroom
 The second master bedroom features a Queen size bed, television, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the pool and patio.  Share the cost with friends or bring the grandparents.
 
Second Bathroom
 The second bathroom is centrally located for your convenience. This bath attaches to the second master suite.

 

Den
 The private den offers additional living and sleeping space with a sofa bed, television, Desk and wireless high speed internet.  Computer and internet are also available at the Glenbrook Clubhouse.
 
Pool
 Have a playful swim with the whole family or a quiet evening dip under the stars in your large private screened in pool. You can take pleasure in this comfortable patio environment by swimming, sunbathing ,relaxing and outdoor dining.
 

     Our Glenbrook Executive Resort Community
offers privacy in a relaxing family friendly environment with palm tree lined sidewalks, clubhouse for guests & residents only with large community pool, tennis and volleyball courts,  games room, media room, exercise room, computer with internet,  shuttle to main attractions and monthly activities.
