The Orlando Vacation Homes we provide are privatly owned. The terms set forth below
are that of Award Vacation Homes and the Homeowners to protect the rental property.
Confirmation of any reservation with payment is agreement to all policies below.

Cancellation Policy |
• Payment must be received in full 30 calendar days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• $200. Security Deposit & $25. Processing Fee must be made with guaranteed funds.
• Personal checks cannot be accepted 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• Payments with Credit Cards must be in the name of someone in the vacation home.
• $25. Processing fee is non-refundable at all times. |
• Full refund if cancelled the same business day as processed.
• 31 Days or more deposit is refunded -$25. cancellation fee.
• 30 to 15 days from arrival you forfeit $200. deposit.
• 14 to 2 days from arrival you forfeit $200. deposit and two (2) nights of the rental amount paid.
• 2 days or less from arriving you will forfeit the entire rental amount and your deposit will be refunded to you.
• No Shows are considered as a cancellation under this policy. |
Pool & Spa Heat Policy |
Vacation Home Policy |
• Pool and/or Spa heat can be purchased on a 3 day minimum.
• Days of heat purchased must be consecutive.
• No discounts or coupons can be used for heat services.
• Heat requests after 5pm will be handled next day.
• Heat can take up to 24 hours to reach temperature.
• Pools are heated between 80°-86° fahrenheit
• Spas are heated between 100°-103° fahrenheit

• Check In time is 4pm (Eastern Time)
• Check Out time is 11am (Eastern Time)
• Smoking is not permitted inside the vacation home or games room. smoking should be confined to outside areas only.
• Guests must register by completing forms in the vacation home.
• In case the vacation home you reserved becomes unavailable, a comparable home will be offered. |

• Security Deposit is $200.00 and is fully refundable 10 business days from departure.
• Security Deposit must be made using guaranteed funds.
• Money deducted from the deposit will be disclosed to you after check out and when available, photos will be provided.
• The deposit is held by Award Vacation Homes, Inc. and is not an insurance policy. |
• Award Vacation Homes, Inc. has 1 home that accepts pets, see conditions below.
1. Pet must be under xx lbs.
2. Additional NON REFUNDABLE deposit amount of $200.00
3. Pet must be confined to vacation home premises when unattended & leashed when walked.
4. Pet damages are kept from $200. refundable deposit and not the pet deposit. |
